We make returns simple. If you're not happy for any reason, you have [X] days after receiving your order to send it back — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the hygiene liner intact.

To begin your return, email us at support@seeloh.com. We'll send step-by-step instructions and the correct return address. Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
We want the returns process to be as smooth as possible. While we cover the cost of getting your order to you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when sending your return, as we're unable to process refunds for items that don't reach us. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll take care of the rest.
Delivered But Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, don't worry — we're happy to offer a one-time free replacement.
Here's what to do:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, safe delivery spots, and ask neighbours.
- Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early and they show up shortly after.
- Still missing? Email us at support@seeloh.com with your order number and confirmed shipping address.
- Note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered — only a one-time replacement will be issued.
Refunds
Once we process your refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days, email us at support@seeloh.com and we'll look into it right away.
Ordered the Wrong Item
It's your responsibility to ensure you're ordering the correct size and style. Not sure? Feel free to contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help you find the right fit.
If you ordered the wrong item, email us immediately at support@seeloh.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships — but we can't guarantee cancellation once processing begins.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect selections.
Incorrect Address & Delivered Package
We rely on the address provided at checkout and cannot make changes once the order is processed.
If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error:
- We can help you place a replacement order at a reduced cost
- Additional shipping charges will apply
