Processing Time
Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays — we appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and preferred delivery method, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–7 business days
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur during peak seasons or due to carrier circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If it's not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Still can't find it? Drop us a message at support@seeloh.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We ship to customers around the world and want to be upfront about international fees. Seeloh is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.
Where Does My Order Ship From?
Most orders are dispatched from our primary warehouse. Depending on your location and product availability, your order may occasionally be fulfilled from one of our partner locations. If your order is split across multiple shipments, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each parcel — so you'll always know exactly where everything is.
P.O. Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Some of our carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. If this applies to you, we recommend using a standard street address at checkout to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Lost or Missing Packages
In the rare event that your order goes missing in transit, please don't hesitate to reach out. Contact us at support@seeloh.com with your order number and we'll investigate promptly and do everything we can to make it right.
